We want you to be satisfied with your jewelry making tools. We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from Jewelry Making Equipment.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

• Consumable items that have been opened or used (polishing compounds, cleaning solutions, solder wire, flux)
• Items with missing components or accessories
• Products damaged due to improper use or modification

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide a return authorization and return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect.

Exchanges
