At Jewelry Making Equipment, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. Certain items containing chemicals (such as cleaning solutions and flux) may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Large equipment such as rolling mills, laser welders, and induction furnaces may require additional handling time (up to 3 business days) due to weight and packaging requirements. These items ship via ground freight with full insurance.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jewelrymakingequipment.com or +1 (415) 445-2585. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management first, then contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
